Audit Manager

Job Summary

Leading the organization's audit program, the full-time remote Audit Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory, client, vendor, and internal audits while managing audit readiness, execution, and remediation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive audit program, including an annual audit calendar and standardized processes
• Coordinate regulatory and client audits, ensuring accurate and timely responses to audit requests
• Oversee internal audits and risk assessments, partnering with process owners to implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or healthcare operations, particularly in a PBM or insurance context
• Proven experience managing audits from planning through resolution, with a strong understanding of audit methodologies and internal controls
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational processes and identify risks and control gaps
• Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple audits and competing priorities
