Audit Response Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the firm's client audit response function, the full-time Audit Response Systems Analyst will oversee audit letter requests, direct team workflows, and ensure compliance with firm procedures while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and prioritize the centralized Audit Response mailbox and workflow queue, triaging requests based on risk and deadlines
• Evaluate and resolve ambiguities in intake details, determining follow-up or escalation as necessary
• Lead quality-control reviews of audit response entries, ensuring proper documentation and compliance

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in legal operations, compliance, or a similar legal administrative function
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring legal support professionals or compliance staff
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in resolving complex audit response workflows
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and relevant workflow systems
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
