Audit Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Insurance Services Group, the full-time remote Audit Specialist will lead discussions with customers to understand their business needs, develop and maintain business rules, and conduct in-depth analysis of audit rule results to identify improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with customers to understand their business guidelines and claims processes
- Develop and maintain business rules using CCC's Audit rules engine
- Conduct in-depth analysis of audit rule results to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience analyzing complex data and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process is a plus
- Strong presentation skills with confidence presenting to customers
