Job Summary

Managing Auto Liability and Complex Bodily Injury claims remotely, the Senior Claims Adjuster-Auto BI will leverage extensive claims management experience to analyze exposure, resolve claims, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, managing a portfolio of 160 claims files
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 6 years of related claims experience, including active litigation management
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
