Auto Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex auto claims, the fully remote Auto Attorney-Represented Claims Adjuster will determine coverage, assess liability and damages, and negotiate settlements while working directly with attorneys and claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate all aspects of advanced auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits and achieve fair claim resolutions
• Apply advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to manage claims effectively

Required qualifications

• Experience handling attorney-represented auto liability and bodily injury claims
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex claim files independently
• Knowledge of coverage analysis and complex claim investigations
• Experience in subrogation and fraud identification
• Preferred background in specialty claim areas such as Coverage, Investigations, or Total Loss
