Job Summary

Launching a rewarding career as an Auto Claims Adjuster, the fully remote position will manage the investigation of automobile accidents, gather key information, verify coverage, and help determine liability while supporting customers through challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies basic understanding of insurance policies and handles investigations regarding auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages
• Learns to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims for those involving injuries
• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
• Curiosity and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in problem-solving and investigative work
• Willingness to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Active insurance license must be terminated prior to onboarding if applicable
