Job Summary
To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Auto Claims Adjuster will manage auto subrogation claims, analyze claims exposure, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and determine the proper course of action for claim resolution
- Interact extensively with various parties to facilitate effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience handling auto subrogation claims
- High school diploma and related claims experience required
- Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices in auto subrogation
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
- Active adjusters' licenses preferred, but not required
