Auto Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Auto Claims Adjuster will manage auto subrogation claims, applying claims management experience to analyze exposure, communicate with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience handling auto subrogation claims
• High school diploma and related claims experience required
• Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
• Preferred: Active adjuster license (all lines or auto) is not required but preferred
