Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Inside Auto Claims Adjuster - AZ, CO, ID, NV, OR, MT, UT will investigate basic to moderately complex auto insurance claims, evaluate coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while ensuring a customer-focused resolution process.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle
• Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare clear, concise claim summaries
• Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established guidelines and best practices

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred
• Comfortable using technology and learning claims-related software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with solid critical-thinking and decision-making skills
