Job Summary

Investigating and resolving auto insurance claims, the fully remote Inside Auto Claims Adjuster - LA, TX, AR, FL, GA, AL, MS will evaluate coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle
• Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare clear, concise claim summaries
• Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established guidelines and best practices

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools
