Job Summary
Handling a portfolio of auto liability and property damage claims, the fully remote Auto Claims Adjuster - PA Licensed will manage 1st and 3rd party claims from inception through resolution, including investigations, coverage analysis, and settlement negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions
- Interact extensively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjuster's License required
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Experience with claims and business software
