Experienced in managing Auto Liability and Property Damage claims, the full-time remote Commercial Claims Adjuster - Auto PD will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact extensively with involved parties to facilitate effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
