Job Summary

Managing Auto Liability and Commercial Property Damage claims, the fully remote Lead Auto PD Claims Adjuster - TX, FL, GA will apply extensive claims management experience to analyze exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability Property Damage claims while documenting and communicating claim activity efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process
• Collaborate with clients to enhance the claims management process and deliver innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 7 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
