Job Summary

Managing Auto Liability and Complex Bodily Injury claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster - TX, FL, GA Licensed will apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, managing approximately 160 claims files
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting extensively with all parties involved in the claim process
• Document and communicate claim activity timely, adhering to clients' and corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 6 years related claims experience, with active management of litigation
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
