Job Summary

Managing Auto Liability and Complex Bodily Injury claims remotely, the Senior Claims Adjuster-Auto BI will apply extensive claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, managing a portfolio of approximately 160 claims files
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting extensively with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 6 years of related claims experience, with active management of litigation
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
