Job Summary

To manage Auto Liability and Complex Bodily Injury claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster-Auto BI will utilize their extensive claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, managing approximately 160 claims files
• Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 6 years of related claims experience, with active management of litigation
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Proficiency with claims and business software
