Job Summary

Managing complex Auto Liability and Bodily Injury claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster TX FL GA Licensed will utilize extensive claims management experience to analyze and resolve claims while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, managing a portfolio of approximately 160 claims files
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 6 years of related claims experience, including active management of litigation
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
