Job Summary
Applying their claims management experience, the fully remote Commercial Claims Adjuster - Auto PD will investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability Property Damage claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service for clients across Texas, Florida, and Georgia.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions in accordance with clients' and corporate policies
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of claims files
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA preferred
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
