Job Summary
Managing Auto Liability and Complex Bodily Injury claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster will utilize extensive claims management experience to analyze and resolve claims while providing exceptional customer service to claimants and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, managing a portfolio of 160 claims files
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 6 years related claims experience with a focus on litigation management
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
