Auto Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing complex bodily injury auto and commercial transportation claims, the full-time Claims Examiner will review coverage, conduct investigations, determine liability, and evaluate damages while ensuring timely resolutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manage the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinate vendor management for investigations
• Develop action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and pursue subrogation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• State adjusting licenses as required for the position
