Auto Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing bodily injury claims for clients, the full-time remote Auto Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants while ensuring adherence to service expectations and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on claims and processing them to timely resolution
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients, and reporting claims to the excess carrier

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Prior auto claims experience; rental auto experience is a plus
