Auto Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing complex bodily injury auto and commercial transportation claims, the full-time remote Auto Claims Examiner will evaluate coverage, investigate liability, and manage damages to ensure timely resolutions within service expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manage the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinate vendor management for investigations
• Develop action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and pursue subrogation and risk transfer opportunities

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience with in-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
