Job Summary

To analyze complex auto bodily injury claims, the full-time salaried Auto Claims Examiner - CT Licensed will evaluate coverage, investigate liability, and manage damages while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to client requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Processes complex auto commercial line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manages the litigation process for litigated claims as necessary
• Coordinates vendor management, including independent adjusters, for claim investigations

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies and related laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
