Job Summary

Analyzing complex bodily injury auto claims, the full-time Auto Claims Examiner - GA Licensed will manage investigations, determine liability, and evaluate damages while working remotely to ensure timely resolutions and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Processes complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manages the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinates vendor management for investigations
• Communicates with insured, clients, and agents regarding claim actions and processing

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience in personal and commercial auto policies
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification related to the line of business preferred
• Ability to secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
