Auto Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage will manage claims related to property damage and lower-level injuries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and injury claims, assessing damage and ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate prompt resolution of claims
• Communicate claim actions with insured parties, clients, and agents, while maintaining professional client relations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, with required state adjusting licenses
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
• Knowledge of total loss processing and state salvage forms preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong organizational skills
