Auto Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto property damage claims, the full-time Claims Representative will develop action plans for timely resolution, communicate with clients and insured parties, and identify subrogation opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required contract deadlines
• Communicate claim actions with insured, clients, and agents or brokers as appropriate

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
• Knowledge of total loss processing and state salvage forms preferred
• Secure and maintain the state adjusting licenses as required for the position
