Auto Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Auto Claims Specialist will make high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims to insurance companies on behalf of clients, ensuring efficient follow-up and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate auto accident details to determine appropriate payers and submit claims to insurance companies
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys to gather necessary information
• Prepare denial reports and audits while providing team support to enhance overall operations

Required qualifications

• Experience with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high outbound call center environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Technical proficiency to navigate multiple computer screens and software applications
