Auto Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Auto Claims Specialist will make high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims to insurance companies on behalf of clients, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up for optimal payment recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys to gather information on auto accidents
• Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies, ensuring maximized payments and follow up on unpaid claims
• Contribute to team efforts through denial reports, audits, and overall support in the claims process

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously
• Experience in a fast-paced, high outbound call center environment
• Familiarity with Coordination of Benefits and general insurance billing is a plus
• Must reside in the United States within specified states and have a secure internet connection
