Supervising personal injury protection examiner teams, the full-time salaried Auto Claims Team Lead will manage workloads, provide training, and offer technical direction on claims adjudication in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical operations colleagues, ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Identify trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and coordinating office projects
• Act as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, maintaining professional client relationships

Required qualifications

• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licenses as required for the position
• Professional certifications applicable to the line of business preferred
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines
