Job Summary
Managing a team of estimators, the full-time Auto Damage Appraisal Manager will ensure performance metrics are met while providing coaching, mentorship, and support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team workload to meet and exceed production and accuracy goals
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide coaching to team members on performance metrics
- Facilitate development opportunities and foster teamwork through incentives and competitions
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of auto physical damage experience with at least 1 year in a management role

- Extensive knowledge of insurance principles related to appraisal decisions
- Thorough understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, and fraud detection practices
- Experience with estimating platforms such as Mitchell, CCC One, and/or Audatex
