Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Auto Damage Appraiser - WA Licensed, the position focuses on completing quality appraisals of damaged vehicles both virtually and in-person, while providing exceptional customer service and managing moderate to higher complexity claims.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough appraisals and prepare itemized estimates for vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with auto body shops and assist in resolving claims disputes
• Provide technical advice on vehicle repairs and perform inspections as needed

Required qualifications:

• Auto Damage Appraisal Licensing and certification are mandatory
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in auto estimating software such as CCC Pathways, Audatex, or Mitchell
• Extensive knowledge of automobile parts, repair techniques, and vehicle construction
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, along with the ability to work with multi-faceted systems
