Job Summary
Driving data-informed decisions for the Auto/Home program, the full-time hybrid Auto/Home Insurance Analyst will conduct in-depth product analysis, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to enhance product strategy and consumer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior product manager to develop and manage program KPIs, building models to support future strategy
- Provide data-driven recommendations for roadmap planning and strategic initiatives
- Analyze product performance and industry trends to identify improvement opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in advanced analytics methods and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and reporting best practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
