Auto Insurance Growth Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the paid acquisition strategy for auto insurance, the full-time remote Auto Insurance Growth Specialist will manage SEM campaigns, optimize quote funnels, and analyze performance metrics while working closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Lead.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize SEM campaigns for auto insurance, including keyword research and bid management
- Monitor and optimize quote-start and quote-completion rates, diagnosing drop-off points in the quote flow
- Track competitive auction dynamics and adapt bidding strategies in response to market shifts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience running paid media for U.S. auto insurance, with a strong understanding of the keyword landscape
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads in a performance environment, demonstrating improvements in ROAS or CPA
- Experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Fluency in lead-gen economics, including revenue per click and lead quality
- Bachelor's degree preferred
