Auto Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Auto Liability Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle Auto Liability claims involving various complexities while ensuring compliance with coverage and legal liability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, liability, and damages, including gathering evidence and interviewing involved parties
• Manage property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, demonstrating strong negotiation and evaluation skills
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
