Auto Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time Auto Liability Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability property damage claims while working remotely and ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the claims process by analyzing claims exposure and planning appropriate resolutions
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA preferred
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
