Job Summary

Managing high-exposure and litigated auto liability claims from inception through resolution, the fully remote Senior Auto Liability Claims Adjuster - TX, FL, GA will analyze claims exposure, engage with various parties for effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims while applying claims management experience
• Interact with claimants, clients, and defense counsel to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active adjuster's licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
