Job Summary

To support a nationwide client base, the fully remote Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will manage complex bodily injury claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution while providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
