Auto Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve Auto Liability Property damage claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, or other jurisdictions as required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
