Working remotely, the full-time Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve 1st and 3rd party property damage claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate courses of action for resolution
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, or other applicable states
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
