Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability and property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making for resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in relevant states (TX, FL, GA preferred)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
