Job Summary

To support effective claims management, the fully remote Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve auto liability claims, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability and General Liability claims while maintaining effective communication with all parties involved
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to clients' and corporate policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy and support throughout the claims process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions (TX, FL, GA preferred)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
