Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of Auto Liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex bodily injury claims while working remotely and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve Auto Liability claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the claims management process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 6 years of related claims experience, including litigation management
• Active adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and NY
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices related to claims management
• Computer experience with claims and business software
