Job Summary

Managing Auto Liability and Complex Bodily Injury claims remotely, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster will apply extensive claims management experience to analyze exposure, resolve claims, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, managing a portfolio of 160 claims files
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of each claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 6 years related claims experience, including active management of litigation
• Active adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
