Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, managing a portfolio of approximately 160 claims files
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the overall outcome of each claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 6 years of related claims experience, with a focus on managing litigation and recent bodily injury claims
- Active adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Experience with claims and business-related software
