Auto Liability Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing Auto Liability claims for a dedicated client, the full-time remote Liability Claims Representative will adjudicate complex customer claims, develop action plans for resolution, and maintain professional client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Process low-level general liability claims by gathering information and determining liability exposure
• Develop and coordinate claims' action plans to resolution and approve claim payments
• Communicate claim actions with claimants and clients while ensuring proper documentation of claim files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of nationwide jurisdiction
• Licensing preferred
