Job Summary

Managing a team of Claims Adjusters, the full-time Auto Liability Claims Supervisor will oversee the handling of Commercial Auto Liability Claims, including complex litigation and bodily injury, while working remotely to promote best practices and enhance team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads for optimal efficiency
• Drive talent development through hiring, training, and performance motivation

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Demonstrated leadership experience of at least 8 years
• Knowledge of all team member-related functions
