Job Summary
Supervising a team of bodily injury claims adjusters, the fully remote Auto Liability Claims Supervisor will lead the handling of complex litigation cases while promoting best practices and driving talent development within the team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and encourage a liability claims team to deliver high-quality service across various caseloads
- Guide the claims team to adhere to Gallagher Bassett's Best Practices in claims handling
- Manage workloads and define team goals to ensure optimal efficiency and performance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience, specifically in Auto Liability Claims
- Active adjuster's license and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
- At least 8 years of prior leadership experience
- Knowledge of team member-related functions
