Auto Liability Specialist II (State Licensed)

Job Summary

As an Auto Liability Specialist II (State Licensed), the full-time remote position will manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, disposition, and settlement of Auto Liability claims, focusing on determining coverage and legal liability while resolving damages.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing parties and collecting documentation, to analyze coverage and determine liability
• Manage property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, demonstrating strong negotiation and evaluation skills
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must possess or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
