Job Summary

To support a leading auto manufacturer, the remote Auto Parts Consultant - Alabama will assist dealerships and manufacturer employees with parts information, locate parts in an online catalog, and place orders, requiring automotive knowledge and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide assistance with parts information to dealerships and auto manufacturer employees
• Locate parts in an online catalog and place part orders as needed
• Research and learn about new auto parts to maintain up-to-date knowledge

Required qualifications

• One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
• Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Typing skills of at least 35 WPM
