Job Summary

Assisting dealers with critical orders and inquiries, the remote Auto Uptime Advocate will manage case handling, provide solutions through various communication channels, and enhance customer satisfaction while working from home in Michigan.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with internal client departments and dealerships via telephone, email, and case management software
• Log calls, update dealer order records, and manage cases to track interactions for specific repairs
• Conduct outbound calls and provide timely solutions to enhance the customer experience

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 8+ years of technical truck/automotive and customer service experience, or an associate degree plus 6+ years, or a bachelor's degree plus 4+ years
• Basic automotive knowledge and case handling skills
• Ability to work autonomously on complex tasks with a high degree of initiative
• Familiarity with a variety of work processes typically gained through job-related training and experience
• Must be a Michigan resident with a reliable, distraction-free remote work environment
